B.E.S.T. (BIO-ENERGETIC SYNCHRONIZATION TECHNIQUE) is a non-invasive, gentle-touch
technique developed by Dr. Milton T. Morter, chiropractor and biologist, from Rogers, Arkansas some
thirty years ago. Using this simple technique, we are now able to access areas in the body where
memories of past trauma are stored and "erase" them, thereby restoring ease and relaxation to an
